From Compton to UC Berkeley, an MBA, and a Doctorate in Theology, her journey reflects resilience, strategic vision, and an unyielding commitment to growth. With leadership experience at JPMorgan and Lam Research, and extensive Board service, Dr. Nancy D. equips leaders across industries to rise with confidence and clarity.
